Meet Sprig, our esteemed Chief Morale Officer and full-time vibes manager.
Sprig is the definition of a classic Lab—equal parts athlete, social butterfly, and professional snack enthusiast. If it involves a ball, he’s already ten steps ahead of you (and will absolutely judge your throwing accuracy). He has a deep, unwavering love for all living creatures… especially squirrels, whom he considers both close friends and lifelong rivals.

An outdoorsman at heart, Sprig thrives in fresh air, open spaces, and any situation that might involve adventure (or snacks). Despite his hunter instincts, he’s just as committed to the softer side of life—rolling over dramatically for belly rubs and offering unconditional loyalty to anyone within a 10-foot radius of food.

Whether boosting team morale, chasing wildlife with questionable success, or making sure no crumb goes unnoticed, Sprig brings enthusiasm, charm, and just the right amount of chaos to everything he does.

Sprig loves:

• Tennis balls (and expects a 401(k) match in ball throws)
• Squirrels (enemies, friends, personal trainers—unclear)
• Belly rubs in full “I trust you with my life” position
• Food. All food. Your food. The idea of food.
• Swimming like it’s an Olympic sport he forgot to qualify for
• Carrying around completely inappropriate “treasures” (sticks twice his size, one random sock, wrappers from the office trash cans, etc.)
• Greeting every human like they are the most important meeting of his career
