Casey is an engineer by training and a growth partner by passion, with a background spanning engineering, sales, project management, and marketing. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Her career has centered around helping companies grow – from improving processes on the manufacturing floor to building go-to-market strategies and driving commercial success in the medical device industry. Casey has a particular passion for medtech, shaped in part by her personal experience as a parent. Her son has faced medical complexities, and the role that innovation and care have played in his life has made the work deeply meaningful to her.
