Human Factors Engineer

Maddie is perpetually asking questions. Whether it’s with users or project teams, she is always excited to learn more. Her favorite moments are those when users see updated products and say, “you listened!”. Prior to working in human factors, Maddie also worked in safety/risk management role and now strives to reduce error through creative mitigations that convey their value. She holds an MS in human factors from the University of Minnesota and a BS in biomedical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
